I just made myself laugh reading that. ‘Cuz I think it’d be really funny if I thought I was interacting with all these different people, and it just turned out to be, like, the same four people every time. Hah. Oh, internet.

Whoa. Settle down there, chatter box. I bet in elementary school, you used to get in trouble for disturbing others and causing a distraction. But hello to you, as well.

Agreed. Outside games are the best. I think I’m going to make this a regular thing now. Next week, I’m organizing a massive game of “Man on Sand.” If you can book that trip, you’re invited.

If I was 12 years old, I would be playing outside right now. Instead, I’m inside and on my computer. Holy shit! I’m inside and on my computer on a Friday night. This needs to change. Okay, anyone in the Chicago area, I will be organizing a neighborhood-wide game of “Ghosts in the Graveyard,” “Kick the Can” and “Flashlight Tag.” You’re all invited and please BYOF.

I’m not gonna lie to you. Life is hard, sometimes. But you should know that whatever you’re going through right now is only a page in a chapter of your life. And guess what? Once that chapter ends, you get to move on to the next one. And the best part is that the story is unwritten. That’s right. You get to write it yourself, friend. So just concentrate on the things that make you happy, keep moving forward, like Thomas the Tank Engine, and you’ll eventually be in a better place. If that doesn’t work, eat some chocolate or whatever your mouth fancies. Cuz you only live once, right? Unless you’re a cat. And if you are cat, then my advice is that you run away. You got nine lives, bro, might as well take some chances. [Insert feel better hug here]

Why thank you. Sense I was little, I’ve always had a since of humor.

It is of the upmost quality of friendships. However, you do raise an interesting point. If I want the quality of these best friendships to remain at the highest of levels, I cannot continue to hand them out at the drop of a hat. Therefore, from now on, one must earn the title of “Best Friend.” I vote for a jousting tournament. Let the games begin!

That sounds like a very specific and time-consuming thing for me to do. Yeah, sure, why not?
